39dbe580da feat: should fetch repo on startup when not cloning
Some checks failed
ci/woodpecker/push/cron-docker-builder Pipeline was successful
Rust / build (push) Failing after 4m11s
ci/woodpecker/push/push-next Pipeline was successful
ci/woodpecker/push/tag-created Pipeline was successful
We already have a copy of the repo, so we don't clone, but we should
perform a `git fetch` to make sure it is up-to-date.
