Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
At a minimum this would likely be a bare repo. This requirement wasn't spotted earlier as all tests were being run in the git-next source against the git-next repo.
Could include an option to specify the path to the repo git directory if there is one available locally, otherwise we would need to clone a shallow bare repo to use.
