Smooth progress bar (#78)

* [domain] rewrite and expand ansi codes available

* [aws-api] refactor progress-bar

* [domain] move progress-bar into Terminal

* [aws-api] remove unused value

* [domain] use unicode characters to get a smooth progress bar
